Spokes: 3/8� Flat, cut 24 @ 9�
Directions:
Insert the 24 spokes rough side up in the groove of the base. Make sure you Position them evenly apart. There should be 3 in each end and 9 on the long sides.
Chase weave 2 rows no.2 R.R.
10 rows 1/4� Flat (start and stop all rows on back side of basket and keep the back side flat as you are weaving, the front of basket should have a round effect)
When you start the rows of color gently pull on the rows of weaving so the basket will go in.

To insert leather handle into the basket, slide handle onto your 7mm flat
Rim row. Align the handle on the third spoke from the corner on the back side of the basket
Pack rows of weaving down. Cut and tuck spokes.
Rim: Measure and cut 3/8�� Flat Oval, overlapping ends for 3�. Trim down overlap. Measure a piece of No.2 color Seagrass for filler. Lace with med cane (or 11/64� Flat Oval ) around basket, then reverse, forming �X�s. Stain basket
